Well in some parkades or parking you can%26#39;t stay overnight. I also want to be able to get to my car if I want to at any given time, that%26#39;s all.
There are a couple of garages in the area. Jeresey city also has alot to offer as well here are a few links.

Are those garage open 24h and can you leave your car there for a couple of days?
Most of the garages up by journal square you have to be out at a certan time.
The garages in the area are operated by Central Parking I believe

Try calling them (go to their contact page) and reference one of the garages on Washington Blvd. and see if they can give you some more info. I imagine that they would all be priced similarly, and at least a few must be open 24/7 as the hotels in the area use them.
