going to AC next wek and staying at resorts my question is which buffet in AC offers the tastiest and most diverse foods.any input would help.

and in my opinion its between those 2.

since your staying at resorts maybe some others can give you more info on boardwalk buffetts,ive only eaten at ceasars and say its ok,but prefer the other 2 i mentioned

Borgata and Harrahs are the best.

If you don%26#39;t want to trek over to the Marina, the Showboat buffet is #3 in my opinion. But I%26#39;m not really into the buffets so I haven%26#39;t been to any of those three in a while.

I like Harrahs and Borgata and Showboat. But, since you are at Resorts, I think Showboat would be very easy for you, just a few blocks away, easy walk. I love the esspresso machine by the desserts there! I have had the dinner buffet at Showboat at least 25 times, consistently very good! Ther Jersey Tomato salad is great, the fried chicken is good, the Italian and Chinese stations are good, and the creme brulee is very good. If crab legs are important to you, Harrahs is a good choice. If big peeled shrimp are important, Borgata is a good choice. I do enjoy seafood, but not really in buffets, so Showboat works well for me! I can NOT recommend the Taj buffet though, I went for free and still wanted my money back, LOL

I%26#39;d also recommend Showboat%26#39;s French Quarter Buffet. In my opinion, it%26#39;s the best on the boardwalk and an easy walk on the boardwalk from Resorts.

I love Borgata%26#39;s dinner buffet. Not only do they have cleaned, peeled cold jumbo shrimp, they also have them fried. No one else does fried shrimp. Harrahs does have a really good breakfast buffet, but I really don%26#39;t care for the dinner one. Crab legs are not my thing. I think they are a lot of work for so little food and Harrah%26#39;s doesn%26#39;t have large fat legs. I think Showboat and Harrahs are about the same without the crab legs. They all have good prime rib, you%26#39;re always safe eating that.

Borgata and Harrahs, nothing else is close.

I have to agree with all these posts... Borgata is the best buffet hands down! I haven%26#39;t been to Harrahs in years but Showboat is good..their food has always been tasty.

Resorts has a buffet but its seldom open.. not the variety or standard of these other buffets although for breakfast it is okay (not great but okay)

Add another vote for Showboats buffet. Been there four times in the past year and the food is always good. The last time i was there in march, they were serving hand scooped ice cream instead of the soft serve from the machines.

Resorts%26#39; dinner buffet is OK. Its small and the selection is limited.

Taj mahal buffet is OK as well. A little more selection than Resorts%26#39;, but not as much as Showboat. The steaks which are cooked in front of you is what brings me to the Taj every once and a while.
