Room Service: How Late and Comps?

A couple of questions. I will be staying at Bally%26#39;s in a comped room during the week. Does anyhow know late one can order room service?

Also, I am not LFB or RFB, so I want to pay with my TR comps. How would I do that? Can I also pay the room taxes with comps?

Room service is 24/7, you can charge it to your room and upon check out you can ask them to use your comps to pay for it and no you can%26#39;t pay the taxes with comps.
