What offers have you gotten from Caesars lately?

I%26#39;ve gotten absolutely nothing from Caesars in the way of offers, promos or giveaways since early last fall. I know they%26#39;ve cut back but going from receiving postcards every week advertising weekend promotions to getting nothing at all seems pretty extreme. No bonus credit days. No cash or merchandise giveaways. Nothing.

Is it just me or have others stopped getting offers, too. I realize I%26#39;m a lowly Gold card member but that didn%26#39;t seem to matter before and I have been there 4 times in the past 4 months, which is a lot for us.

We stopped going to Caesars in November, switched to Ballys.....Still get mail every other day from Caesars, nothing from Ballys. I think they update your ';home casino'; every 6 months. Did you frequent another HET property before calling Caesars home?

I%26#39;m a different case. I play almost exclusively at Caesars lately, so I get all of the offers, shows, gifts (not the lower end stuff tho) dinners, parties and more.

My point is, they are still offering this stuff, but nobody knows what the criteria is to get the offers.

I think the casinos more than ever are looking at your actual play than how many times you visit. Hubby is almost always with me (I average 3 to 4 trips per month) and always plays a little (and I DO mean little) but gets nada from anywhere. I%26#39;m sure if I played on his card for just one night he%26#39;d be inundated with offers. Playing once a month with several thousand dollars worth of action means a lot more to them than a weekly visit playing a hundred or so. If you are a table player you%26#39;re not going to get the goods like a slot player unless you%26#39;re at a high level table playing serious per hand money.

I do think that in the %26#39;old days%26#39; (pre-recession) the game plan was to get you in there, period. Now they want you to cough up some action, too.

ACM

I%26#39;m in the same boat, Steve. Nothing from Caesar%26#39;s since last year. To be fair, tho, I haven%26#39;t played at Caesar%26#39;s since September. Odd that I still get offers from Harrah%26#39;s, Showboat and Bally%26#39;s despite only one trip to an HET property this year. I%26#39;m still fighting them on 2 mystery base points showing up each month in March and April. There went my offers, lol.

I play almost exclusivly at Caesars and have received very few offers other than room comps. I do get weekend comps though which is kind of a waste because as many times as I%26#39;ve been to AC, I have never been on a weekend. I work most weekends so only go on weekdays.

I did get an offer for May and June for a $75 TR gift card after 30min of play but, that%26#39;s about it. I don%26#39;t even know what bonus credit days are.

Not complaining, just sharing my experience:)

I have played mainly at Caesars , usually dropping over $1000 in 3 days give or take, and I don%26#39;t even get a free comp buffet like I use to , so I took my money elsewhere. Its been like that since October. Now on the other hand Showboat, Ballys and Caesars, whom I visit sparingly, they offer me all the goods

I still think a casino Zar with a puppet C.E.O.apointed at the top post would run it better.

I still get roughly $20 in slot dollars each month - $10 of which can be used Mon-Thurs and $10 on one select Saturday.

I haven%26#39;t gambled there (or at any HET property) in over 6 months, btw.

I think the direction of your gambling amount plays a large role. If you start small and increase your wagering each time, I think you max your reward potential. Maybe they chart your future potential this way. My offers at Showboat have been very good compared to Taj as I increased my play. But now my play has levelled off and I see the rewards starting to decline. Less offers will mean less play which will mean offers. A vicious circle has begun. My guess is that 800RC a day won%26#39;t be worth as much on the way down as it was on the way up.
