Harrahs LFB problem

I was at Harrahs Sunday and had LFB and a $50 resort credit. On checkout, I saw they didn%26#39;t use my comps and I had a $50 a change balance. The charges were a combination of room tax and $37 breakfast charge at Reflections. I questioned it and the woman used $39 of my comps to lower it to $10.54, which was to be taken from my debit card. I don%26#39;t know why the $37 breakfast wasn%26#39;t zeroed out, or the room taxes, but I was in express checkout and it wasn%26#39;t worth the hassle to go over to the regular line, especially knowing that the $39 comp should have been used first anyway.

Well, here%26#39;s the problem..... Today I looked online and saw that $85 something was deducted from my checking account from my debit card. I think that was the amount charged to the room for the buffet. I%26#39;d like to call someone to straighten it out and I don%26#39;t know who to contact or how to contact Harrahs directly. I don%26#39;t have a host. This was the first time at Harrahs. Any advice/help will be appreciated. Thanks!

If you were LFB you could have burnt up the $50 resort credit FIRST at the gift shop (hey its better than nothing). Then used LFB to cover meals.

There was a computer error with the resort credit.

They mistakenly charged you whatever amt you didn%26#39;t use.

EX: if your first charge was $45 Gift Shop a $5 Gift shop charge showed up on your folio..... Hey its HET.......
