can anyone tell me which Amtrak location is closer to the cruise port in Bayonne? The airport one or the Penn station one?

also how long does it take to get the momorail over to the station at the airport?

I am going to the port to see my partner who is working on one the ships, but I am going to DC on Amtrak after I leave him. I will have two hours roughly to get from the port to whichever station.
