Does anyone have info on a kite festival in Cape May at the end of June? I saw it mentioned on a blog but haven%26#39;t found any specific details.

The Festival runs the weekend of June 27 %26amp; 28 on the beach between Decatur Street and Convention Hall. No specific times, but knowing the folks putting this festival on and it%26#39;s participants I can tell you that there will be very neat stuff to see all weekend! :D I%26#39;m Soooo Happy to see a kite festival on Cape May%26#39;s lovely beaches.

I remember flying kites on the Congress Hall beach in the early 80%26#39;s and it was a great time. Winds off the ocean are perfect for it. Thank you for the great idea, I totally forgot about kites. I%26#39;m going to buy my kids kites tonight and let them play on the beach this week.

Kites are soooo much fun, not to mention beautiful to watch over a beach sky! It%26#39;s one of my favorite things to do on the beach when I%26#39;m visiting the Cape. :)
